Asian Public School firmly believes that it is the right of every child to receive equal and same opportunity for receiving basic education irrespective of the challenges faced by the special children. It has fully functional Special Education Department which excels in the curriculum especially designed for the children that are gifted or handicapped, that have any kind of mental, physical or emotional disabilities. They require special type of teaching approaches or care or equipment that can be used both within and outside the regular classroom.

There are multiple numbers of impairments that a student could go through, like - Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delay, Speech and Language Impairment etc. The Special classes organized for such special children have become a necessity. They allow the students to enjoy the education and gain confidence. At APS, Individual Education Plans are tailor- made for each child to cater to his/her needs for the personal growth and development of our special children.

With various methods, our teachers/ therapists help student with their special needs:
